About Us

Our parent company founded DB Capital as a private partnership focused on deploying management consulting strategy to private capital investing. We have built a reputation for creative thinking, innovative financing, and private capital. DB Capital primarily works with our network of Investment Bankers, Private Fund Managers, and other Institutional Partners. We do not provide seed/early round funding.

Private Capital

We focus on deal flows in U.S. companies with $5 million to over $50 million in annual revenue, historical pattern of revenue growth, and minimum 3 years of positive cash flow. Targets typically include corporate carve-outs, underperforming businesses, growth and expansion situations and family businesses in transition.

We also monitor the nano- and micro-capitalization sectors of the U.S. market, prime for transitioning public-to-private or seeking PIPE capital, which we believe tends to offer more attractively valued investment opportunities.

Our Ventures

We may encompass multiple strategies of a broad range of risk tolerance and philosophies within a wide array of investments, including long-term capital debt and equity securities, short-term financing, commodities, currencies, digital assets, derivatives, real estate, and other investment vehicles. Our businesses, brands, and assets have evolved over the years, but our vision has remained the same - to create value in everything we do.

While our companies don’t need to be profitable from day one, we may invest in high-growth leaders in their respective categories. We tailor our equity position to accommodate the objectives of our partner companies. The equity stakeholdings are usually a minority interest; however, we may at times make majority stakes or we may start a new venture.
