About Us
Multi-Asset Strategy
We may acquire direct interests or multiple fund strategies (FoF) of a broad range of risk tolerance and philosophies within a wide array of investments, aiming to generate returns by active engagement with a company’s board of directors to affect corporate change. Typically invest in equities, corporate and structured credit strategies taking a significant minority or controlling stake in a private or public company in order to change how it is run. The goal is to create a catalyst or triggering event that will increase shareholder value and result in stock price appreciation.
PTOP & PIPE
Monitoring the nano- and micro-capitalization sectors of the U.S. market, prime for transitioning Public-TO-Private or seeking traditional or structured PIPE capital, which we believe tends to offer more attractively valued investment opportunities. In addition, providing short-term credit solutions specifically designed to meet the needs of small market companies, helping them manage cash flow and support operational growth effectively.
Merger & Acquisition
We focus on deal flows in mid- and southwestern U.S. asset intensive companies with $5 million to over $50 million in annual revenue, historical pattern of revenue growth, and positive cash flow (minimum of $2M EBITDA). Companies include corporate carve-outs, underperforming businesses, growth and expansion situations, and family businesses in transition.
